How long does it take for us to receive our items?
Display items typically arrive within three (3) weeks of design approvals. The hardware (frames, etc.) may ship separately and may arrive before the printed parts.
Can you provide us with a W-9 form for chapter reporting?
Yes. This is available on your request.

To request an invoice for placing an order for any chapter display items, please provide the following information:
Item or items of interest
Contact person name, email address, and text number
Physical delivery address for items (no PO boxes)
Required In-hands date (delivery is typically about 3 weeks after design approvals; design and approval times vary)
Content to include in your designs, such as: Name of Chapter; City/State or service area; chapter motto (if applicable); include chapter logo (if applicable); anything that you wantIndicate whether payment will be online by credit card or by chapter check -- I will send an invoice that can be used for online payment or for reference to mail your check
Also: Table covers can be done as 3 sides printed (open back, best for seating) or 4 sides printed (best for display table), please indicate which is preferred when ordering these items
